This is why we've partnered with Aware^TM, a traceability platform that publicly shares data to verify the entire impact of sustainable textiles, using tracer and blockchain technologies. On top of that, in our Undyed & Aware^TM collection, all products are made from undyed fabrics, reducing environmental impact by eliminating the need for dyes, water, and chemicals.

Creating recycled undyed fibers
It all starts with creating the recycled fiber we are going to use to make our products. Textile waste from manufacturers is collected. The colour of the waste dictates the final hue, and no additional dyeing is required. After manual sorting and quality checks, the waste is recycled into cotton fiber without chemicals.

Adding Aware^TM tracer particle
In the second step, the Aware^TM tracer particles are added to the recycled fibers. To do this, a tiny amount of a harmless substance is added that cannot be seen or felt in the end product. The substance dissolves while the tracer becomes an integral part of each fiber and from now on acts as a kind of fingerprint.

Scanning
The tracer can be authenticated with the Aware^TM hand scanner from every tier of the supply chain anywhere, anytime.

Production of undyed yarn and fabric
Through careful processing, the material is formed and spun into the final, more sustainable coloured yarn. Because the recycled cotton fiber is blended with other recycled fibers, like polyester, vicose, or EcoVera^TM, the resulting yarn is strong and high-quality.

Manufacturing the Undyed & Aware^TM product
Now the end product is manufactured. Our Aware^TM collection includes beautiful clothing, bags and aprons, and we look forward to expanding our collection even further. 

Public blockchain
The blockchain platform securely records production information, creating a digital replica of the material's journey, ensuring accurate data for recycling processes. Digital tokens, the Aware^TM Crypto TC's^TM, validate every step, upholding the integrity of the supply chain information.

Traceability by Virtual ID
A QR code is added to the label of each individual product. With a quick scan of a QR code, everyone can access the Aware^TM Virtual ID. The user-friendly Virtual ID acts as a digital product passport for consumers and simplifies making informed choices.
